Q1) Can't I just use the XXL for everything?
You can, and many people do. But a saturated XXL is heavy and harder to wring out — that's when streaks appear. Pairing it with a smaller cloth keeps one dry at all times, which is what gives you the streak-free finish.

Q3) Is the Mammoth just a bigger XXL?
