We know it’s not the most exciting read, but it’s important stuff. These terms outline your rights, our responsibilities, and everything in between when using the KoalaCloth AU website and shopping with us.

We’re KoalaCloth AU, an Aussie-inspired brand operated by a registered US business entity. We run the website koalacloth-au.com/koalacloth.co.nz (that’s the "Site") and refer to ourselves as "we," "us," or "KoalaCloth AU." When we say "you," we mean you — the customer, browser, or visitor using our Site.

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you shouldn’t use the Site. We may update these Terms and our Site from time to time — so it’s worth checking in every now and then.

(ii) Terms of Sale

Ordering from KoalaCloth AU

When you place an order through koalacloth-au.com, you agree to these Terms of Sale. All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable). You must be over 18 and living in Australia to place an order.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely — we don’t store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders the next business day. Standard delivery takes around 5–10 business days Australia-wide. You’ll get a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

If you’ve entered an incorrect address or miss your delivery, you may need to cover any redelivery fees.

Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

Not in love with your KoalaCloth? No stress. You can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 60 days of delivery. You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo ASAP. We’ll offer you a refund or replacement — your choice.

Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes must be used at checkout and can’t be added afterward. Only one code per order. Some offers have time limits or minimum spend — check the details before applying.

Product Availability

Sometimes our stuff sells out fast (Aussie legends tend to stock up!). If something you ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know and either refund you or suggest a similar option.

(iii) General Legal Stuff

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make your shopping experience smooth, but we’re not liable for things out of our control — like delays, outages, or product availability.

We’re also not responsible for any indirect loss, damage or inconvenience — except where the law says otherwise (like injury caused by negligence).

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Severability

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll aim to keep them clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of NSW.

(iv) Privacy Policy (Summary)

We care about your privacy. When you shop with us, we collect only what we need to get your order to you, help you with support, and (if you’ve opted in) send you the occasional cheeky email deal.
