We know it's not the most exciting read, but it's important stuff. These Terms outline your rights, our responsibilities, and everything in between when using the KoalaCloth website and shopping with us.
This website is operated by KoalaCloth, a brand of Mister Commerce LLC, a business entity incorporated in the United States.

Our Privacy Policy is a separate document, available on our website. Together with these Terms, it governs your use of our Site and any orders you place.
We'll call all of this together the "Terms." Let's dive in.
(i) Website Terms of Use
Who we are
We're KoalaCloth, a brand operated by Mister Commerce LLC, a US-registered business entity.
We run the websites koalacloth.com, mykoalacloth.com, koalacloth-au.com, and koalacloth.co.nz (each a "Site").
When we say "we," "us," or "KoalaCloth," we mean Mister Commerce LLC trading as KoalaCloth. When we say "you," we mean you — the customer, browser, or visitor using our Site.
Access to the Site
By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms and our Site from time to time, so it's worth checking back every now and then. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access to the Site at any time (for example, for maintenance, updates, or to address technical or legal issues).
Who can use the Site
Our Site is intended for people aged 18 or over who live in Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. If you're visiting from another country, you're welcome to browse, but our products are only sold and shipped to addresses in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and your local laws may apply to your use of the Site.
Intellectual property
Everything on our Site — product photos, graphics, logos, designs, and text — is protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights. It either belongs to us or we have permission to use it. You're welcome to screenshot or share content for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't use anything for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If we enable social sharing features, feel free to use those — and please give credit where it's due.
Don't rely on the info too much
We do our best to keep our Site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything is correct, complete, or current at all times. Product descriptions, images, colours and availability may change. If something is really important to your decision to buy, please contact us first.
Security and links
We take security seriously, but we can't promise that the Site will always be free of bugs, viruses, or interruptions. We recommend using your own antivirus protection and browsing responsibly.
Our Site sometimes links to third-party websites for more information. We're not responsible for the content of those sites or how they handle your data.

(ii) Terms of Sale
Ordering from KoalaCloth
When you place an order through any of our Sites, you agree to these Terms of Sale. You must be 18 or over and have a delivery address in Australia, New Zealand, or Canada to place an order.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product. We'll send you an order confirmation email, but a contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in:
- AUD (Australian Dollars) for orders to Australia
- NZD (New Zealand Dollars) for orders to New Zealand
- CAD (Canadian Dollars) for orders to Canada
Prices include applicable sales taxes (such as GST in Australia and New Zealand, and GST/HST/PST in Canada) where required. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers — we don't store your full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: approximately 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: approximately 5–10 business days
- Canada: approximately 5–10 business days
You'll get a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — actual times may vary due to courier delays, customs (where applicable), or events outside our control.
You're responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect address or miss your delivery, you may need to cover the cost of redelivery or reshipping.
Returns and money-back guarantee
Not in love with your KoalaCloth? No stress. You can return unused items in their original condition within 60 days from your order date. You'll need to cover return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. To start a return, email us at info@koalacloth-au.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive your return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us at info@koalacloth-au.com with a photo as soon as possible. Depending on the situation and your legal rights, we'll offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Your consumer rights are protected
Nothing in these Terms takes away or limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live, including:
- The Australian Consumer Law (for Australian customers)
- The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 (for New Zealand customers)
- Federal and provincial consumer protection laws in Canada (including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act for Quebec customers)
These laws provide certain guarantees about the quality, fitness, and description of goods, and our Terms should be read alongside them. If anything in our Terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights apply.
Promotions and discounts
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and can't be added afterwards. Only one code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise. Some offers have time limits, minimum spend requirements, or are limited to specific products — check the details before applying.
Product availability
Sometimes our stock sells out faster than expected. If something you ordered isn't available, we'll let you know and either refund you or suggest a similar option.
(iii) General Legal Stuff
Limitation of liability
We work hard to make your shopping experience smooth, but to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for things outside our reasonable control — such as delivery delays, website outages, or supply issues.
We're also not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded — including rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, and Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection laws.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know — for example, by posting a notice on our Site. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes.
However, if you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live and you have the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country. Nothing in this section affects your right as a consumer to rely on those mandatory protections — including, for Quebec residents, your right to bring proceedings in Quebec under the Consumer Protection Act and Civil Code of Québec.
